Innovating in teaching

The growth of the Andino Bilingual School over the years has been extraordinary, the institution began in 1982 with facilities in houses suitable for student learning and where recreation, setting, recreational and teaching spaces were limited.
For 21 years the teaching was carried out under roofs in a home structure, distributed in different areas of the city of Cúcuta; Each space was a place full of values and motivation for the teaching of the future of Colombia, but noting that their facilities were smaller every day and education was constantly changing, they decided to relocate in an environment where students feel comfortable, thus creating places of recreation and permanent contact with nature, so at the beginning of 2003 he decided to move to Boconó.
With the adaptation of new facilities, the Andino Bilingual School gave the first step to a country education in the city having nature as its central point without leaving aside its values, they built classrooms that projected ideal educational spaces having permanent student-medium contact environment. The change of facilities was positive, they visualized that students could recreate, have fun and learning was entertained, as well as establishing a continuous school day, which allowed offering the restaurant service on the premises. All change was thought of the well-being of the Andinistas and thus escape from the monotony of the city.
Pretending to be at the forefront of the world, important sites are approached within its facilities to offer quality in the spaces of social and recreational recreation, that is why the coliseum is built, for the performance of appropriate physical activities and other acts that need to be performed under the ceiling. The restaurant service, having a positive reception among its customers, projects the facilities unifying it with a cafeteria in 2016 thus giving way to centralize its service and continuing with the quality standards that were characterized.
In 2017, the preschool section was strengthened, where the youngest of the institution would have their own space and designed to suit them, such as the classrooms, gymnasium, court and bathrooms. The institution with this construction provided unique environments for the preschool, primary and high school levels and as the last new space in 2019 it builds the computer room where technology is the main point.
They not only think about infrastructure but also about new learning goals for their students, taking into account that the new generations are visual, that is why we have smart classrooms to provide quality education.
The Andino Bilingual School aims to strengthen itself not only in technology but also with favorable environments for teaching, as well as infrastructures that help the environment to become a self-sustainable institution.
